CLUB ANNOUNCEMENT Jamie Lindsay departs Ross County

Ross County FC can today announce that Jamie Lindsay has joined Rotherham United for an Undisclosed Fee. A vital part of our club over the past couple of seasons, he will be sorely missed but we wish Jamie, his partner and family all the very best and thank him for his dedication and commitment to the Staggies.

Speaking on Jamie’s move, Co-managers Steven Ferguson and Stuart Kettlewell issued a joint statement. “Jamie was a terrific servant for Ross County. He was a massive part of our Championship and Challenge Cup winning team and we wish him every success in this next chapter of his career. I’m sure, like ourselves, both Jamie and the supporters of Ross County will have fond memories of some of his performances and goals here that will live long in the memory. We look forward now to seeing him go on and prosper.”

Jamie initially joined the Staggies on loan in 2017-2018 and signed a permanent deal at the end of that season. In his time in Dingwall, Jamie played over 60 games for Ross County, scoring 8 goals from midfield.
