Ross County Football Club are delighted to announce that Australian midfielder, Jackson Irvine, and Austrian goalkeeper, Daniel Bachmann, have joined the club.
Irvine, who spent last season on loan at the Global Energy Stadium from Celtic Football Club, firmly establishing himself as a fans’ favourite, has joined on a permanent two-year deal with a small development fee paid to his former club. The 22-year-old midfielder has been capped by his country at U20, U23 and Senior level.
“I’m delighted to be back at Ross County,” said Irvine. “I always knew it might be a possibility to come back and join the club permanently and now it’s all agreed I couldn’t be happier.”
Austrian U21 international, Daniel Bachmann, joins the club from Stoke City on a six month loan deal. The 21-year-old made an impressive debut in the club’s pre-season fixture with NEC Nijmegen.
“It has all come out of the blue but I am really happy to join Ross County on loan until January,” said Bachmann. “I am really looking forward to experiencing the Ladbrokes Premiership and working with the manager and coaching staff during my time here.”
