Work Location: Based at Ross County Football Club, Global Energy Stadium, Dingwall with potential for extensive travel across the Highlands & Islands and beyond.

Ross County Football Club is working in partnership with the Scottish Football Association to recruit a dynamic, hardworking and innovative individual to fill the post of Scottish FA Development Officer to lead all aspects of the Ross County FC community football programmes and to help deliver key Scottish FA community football programmes.
The purposes of the Development Officer is to effectively build capacity, develop and improve infrastructure and increase participation in football across all ages and abilities.
The successful candidate must have experience of working in a sporting environment. You will have a proven track record of managing people and successfully managing programmes and achieving targets. A good knowledge of grassroots football and sports development programmes is essential. You will have experience in working with football clubs, associations and of project management.
Applicants must be in possession of one or more of the following Scottish FA/UEFA Licences: Pro Licence or A Licence or B Licence or Elite Youth A Licence or Youth Licence or Advanced Children’s Licence.
As this post will involve travel and unsocial hours, the successful candidate must have a Driving Licence and a willingness to work flexibly including evenings and weekends.
