MILESTONE Marcus Fraser reaches 100 appearances for Ross County

Ross County Football Club would like to congratulate Marcus Fraser who made his 100th appearance in last Saturday's victory at Kilmarnock.

Fraser joined Celtic Football Club as an eight-year-old after being scouted while playing for Rossvale Boys Club in Bishopbriggs. Learning his trade at the Glasgow club, he went on to win three Scottish Youth Cups and four Scottish Youth League titles as he earned call-ups to the Scotland U16, U17, U19, U21 squads.

Further call-ups to the Scotland Under 21s followed after defender, Fraser, made a permanent move to the Global Energy Stadium in January 2015 after a loan spell at Cowdenbeath. Since making the move north, Fraser has firmly established himself in the County rearguard, first at full-back and latterly at centre half, and has been tipped as a future captain of the club.
