BREAKING NEWS Owen Coyle Named Ross County Manager

 

Ross County Football Club are delighted to announce that Owen Coyle has been appointed as the club’s new Manager. Coyle joins the club on a two-year contract and will start with immediate effect. He will be joined at the club by Sandy Stewart who has been named Assistant Manager.

Coyle has previously managed English Premier League side Burnley as well as Bolton Wanderers, Blackburn Rovers, Houston Dynamo, Wigan Athletic, St Johnstone and Falkirk. The 51-year-old enjoyed a playing career that saw him feature for Airdrie, Dundee United, Motherwell, Bolton and St Johnstone as well as enjoying a three-month loan spell at Ross County during the 2000/01 season and being capped by the Republic of Ireland.

Sandy Stewart has previously assisted Coyle at St Johnstone, Burnley, Bolton, Wigan, Houston and Blackburn Rovers.
