Ross County v Rangers FC
Sunday 28th January 2018
Global Energy Stadium, Dingwall
Ross County host Rangers on Sunday in the Ladbrokes Premiership with the game kicking off at 2.00pm. The match will be a sell out and supporters are reminded to leave early, give plenty time for parking and making their way to the stadium. There will be No Public parking at the stadium and police and stewards will be on duty in and around the stadium to ensure that ground regulations are fully applied particularly in relation to alcohol related issues and public disorder. Traffic flow round about the stadium and in the town will be very busy so again plan your travel arrangements and leave plenty time for getting into the stadium which opens at 1pm.
David O’Connor, Operations Manager commented “ The match on Sunday against Rangers is a high profile fixture where the ground will be at capacity and security staff will adopt a robust approach to ground regulations and codes of conduct to ensure the match is enjoyable for all the right reasons. To this end any away fans who attempt to enter or enter the home end will be refused admission or will be ejected by security staff. Some home tickets are still on sale at the stadium and I urge supporters to purchase these in advance as there will be no ticket sales on Sunday. Please be advised that supporters who come to the ground drunk will not be permitted entry to the stadium and could be arrested. This is an important fixture for the club and I encourage supporters to come along and support the both clubs with safety in mind. The overwhelming majority of fans will come to the match with their friends and family to enjoy the fixture, please support the club and the police in ensuring that you can do so in a safe and secure environment ”.
