League Cup Success At Stranraer | Staggies Progress to Third Round

Goals from Melvin De Leeuw and Liam Boyce were enough to overcome a strong and hard-working Stranraer side and take Ross County into the third round of the Scottish League Cup.

The draw for the next round will be made at Pittodrie Stadium this afternoon at 1pm, home of the current holders Aberdeen.  Details on the draw and our next tie will appear on the website as soon as they are available, and will also be confirmed via our official Twitter feed - @RCFCSstaggies.

Don’t forget that Early Bird Season Ticket Holders who renewed before the end of June this year receive a free ticket for the first home cup game of the season, so if it’s a home draw details on how to claim your ticket will also be published here.

Third-round ties are due to be played on Tuesday the 23rd or Wednesday the 24th of September.
