Tickets - Prices & Ways to Purchase

We print and pre-sell tickets for all of our home matches here at The Global Energy Stadium, and although we always recommend you purchase your tickets in advance it is very rare that we sell out ahead of games.

You can pre-purchase tickets in person at the Main Reception at the Stadium or by telephoning 01349 860860 during normal office hours or purchase them online 24 hours a day through the online shop facility - click here to be taken directly there.

Normally pre-sales close at 08:00 on the day of the game over the web and at 12:00 over the ‘phone, but for almost all matches you are able to turn up at the Stadium on the day of the game and purchase a ticket from our Matchday Ticket office right up until kick off.

We would always recommend that you check this is the case ahead of high demand fixtures – particularly against Celtic and Inverness Caledonian Thistle – and you can do so by looking at the news section of the website where we will post updates if there is a possibility that we won’t have tickets on sale. Alternatively simply give us a call on 01349 860860.

If requested, any fan purchasing or making use of a reduced price ticket (Concessionary/Under 16) should be able to provide proof of age/status. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence will result in you being charged the difference to the next applicable category and in exceptional circumstances may result in refusal of entry or ejection from the ground.

You should always retain your portion of the Ticket even once you are inside the ground and in your seat – it may be requested by a Steward and in the event of a match being abandoned is required for any application for either re-entry or refund.
