Ben Paton joins County

Malky Mackay has made Canadian midfielder Ben Paton his ninth summer signing at the Global Energy Stadium.
Ben, younger brother of Harry Paton, joins County after leaving Blackburn Rovers during the summer. A dynamic and creative midfielder, he is comfortable in both a central role as well as on the left-hand side.
Having taken up a successful scholarship with Blackburn Rovers, Ben has progressed through the youth ranks at Ewood Park excelling at both U18 and U23 level earning a full-time professional contract in 2018. Through this Ben received International call ups for Canada at U17 and U20 levels.
