Departing Players

Ross County can confirm the following players will leave the club following expiry of their contracts.

Keith Watson

David Cancola

Dominic Samuel

Keith joined the Club in 2018 and was part of our success in 2019 winning the Championship title and Challenge Cup.

He led the club as captain achieving a Top 6 Finish in 2022 and an incredible play off final win this month.

Keith has been a great servant to the Club and we wish him every success for the future.

Personal message from Keith

Unfortunately, my time at county has come to an end, what a 5 years it’s been. From winning the championship to a dramatic play off win to stay in the Premiership - where County belong.

That last playoff game was one of the craziest games I’ve ever played in and the belief and never say die attitude from lads was incredible, it was a pleasure playing along side you all.

A big thank you to the fans and everyone at the club for the past 5 years and I wish Ross county nothing but success in the future.

DAVID CANCOLA

David joined from FC SLOVAN LIBEREC and made over 50 appearances for the club during his 2 year spell. He was part of our top 6 finish in 2022 and our play off final in 2023.

He has been a great professional throughout his time at the club and goes with the best wishes of all at the club.

DOMINIC SAMUEL

Dom joined from Gillingham in 2021 and was part of the squad that achieved a Top 6 Finish and Premiership survival success.

We thank Dom for his efforts and wish him every success for the future.
