Matthew Wright joins Falkirk on Loan

Matthew Wright has today joined Falkirk FC on loan for the remainder of the 2022/23 season.
Having spent the first half of the campaign with Montrose FC, Matthew will continue his development with The Bairns as they press for promotion from League One.
This will be Matthew’s third loan spell following successful periods with Brora Rangers & Montrose and we look forward to watching his development with Falkirk in the second half of this season.
“Matthew has shown a real appetite in his previous loan spells to challenge himself and continue his progression and we are really keen to enable that. Falkirk will be a different challenge for him and we are looking forward to seeing how he develops during this period.” Manager Malky Mackay said.
He added, “This is a continuation of his journey in terms of pushing himself and he is doing so with a good manager in John McGlynn.”
