Ross County Football Club are going Digital!
Digital ticketing provides a safe, convenient, and secure way for fans to access their match day tickets. It also helps prevent lost, forgotten, fraudulent and damaged tickets and provides a contactless entry solution for all fans coming through the gates at the Global Energy Stadium.
RCFC first trialed this with our visiting supporters in our fixture against St Mirren in February 2024. With such an initial overwhelming success we have developed this offering to introduce to our own home support. With the scheme initially being made available to Season Ticket Holders as a choice to use instead of their physical cards.
New Digital QR codes will be available for Season Ticket Holders to trial in our upcoming fixture against Rangers, on the 14th April 2024.
The introduction of the digital ticketing will be alongside some other exciting projects we are working on to improve the digitisation of the football club.
CEO Steven Ferguson added, 'This is a fantastic step on our journey of digitising parts of the football club. Having the option to use your phone or watch to gain entry to the stadium will help with ease of access to the stadium and we are delighted to be able to bring this option to our valued season ticket holders.'
FAQs
Q. How do I access my digital Ticket?
A. Digital tickets can be accessed in one of two ways. After purchasing tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with a link that says, “Click here to access your tickets.” Tickets can be viewed and scanned on a mobile device or printed off at home. If you are unable to locate that confirmation email, you can also access your digital tickets by logging into your My Tickets account directly.
Q. What if I forgot my password?
A. You can reset your password by clicking ‘Reset Password’ on the My Tickets login page. You will receive an email with a temporary password. If you have difficulties resetting your password, please call the Club Shop on 01349 860860
Q. What if I lose internet connectivity while waiting in line?
A. Your Season Ticket Seat/s will display with an individual barcode for each seat. You don’t have to be in signal for this to be used, you can also scan a screenshot of your QR Code or even print the tickets out at home. However, as per the physical cards this will only allow you 1 scan per game.
