We are delighted to be working with our new Club partner Capital Credit Union (CCU) to providing an affordable finance option for our supporters.

Thanks to CCU, supporters will be able to split the payments of their Season Ticket across 8, 7 or 6 months. A low APR of 11.6% is applied to the total price of your Season Ticket (total basket value) and will be split equally across the payment term that you select.

Please note, Ross County Football Club Limited acts as a credit broker not a lender and will introduce you to our finance partner, CCU, to complete your application for finance. • 8-Month Instalment Plan
  • 1^st Payment: 1st July 2024
  • Deadline Date to Renew: 5pm, Wednesday 20^th June 2024
• 7-Month Instalment Plan
  • 1^st Payment: 1st August 2024
  • Deadline Date to Renew: 5pm, Wednesday 17^th July 2024
• 6-Month Instalment Plan
  • 1^st Payment: 1st September 2024
  • Deadline Date to Renew: 5pm, Wednesday 21^st August 2024

Supporters who sign up for the Finance Option with CCU should note that if you default on two consecutive payments, your season ticket(s) will be placed on hold and access to The Global Energy Stadium temporarily revoked.

Any defaulted payments must be cleared at least 10 working days before the next payment date is due otherwise the next payment will automatically default resulting in your season ticket(s) being placed on hold. Manual card payments will be required to bring your account back up to date and you can do this via CCU’s secure online banking portal/app, by contacting contactus@capitalcreditunion.com or calling 0131 225 9901.

Continued failed payments will result in your season ticket(s) being completely cancelled and will affect your eligibility to use this scheme for next season. We are also required to report any non-payments to Credit Reference Agencies and this may impact your credit rating.

Payment dates are non-adjustable.

You will then be directed to CCU’s application page where you will be prompted to enter further information to enable your application to be processed. Once Ross County have confirmation of a successful application we will be in touch to confirm your selected seat choice and issue you your season ticket. *Please note you will need to already have an account with Ross County to apply. Keep a note of your Unique Identifier as you will be requested to quote this number in your application. If you do not already have an account you can set one up HERE.

To fill out the application you will need the exact total of the Season Ticket you are purchasing. I.e. for an adult ticket in the East/West your application will be for £399. You can find a full list by visiting our website HERE

Is there a payment plan and is there an additional cost involved in taking out a payment plan?

Your conventional methods of payment remain available when renewing/purchasing a Season Ticket, these are credit/debit card transactions.

Supporters can now also take advantage of several payment options. Whilst the conventional methods of payment by credit or debit card remain available when purchasing a season ticket, supporters can also take advantage of an interest-free monthly direct debit option or longer-term financing options through Capital Credit Union.
