The club was victorious in the Youth Team of the Year with Ross County U18's scooping the award. It was a fantastic night which all the players who were able to attend thoroughly enjoyed.
The team has had a fantastic season remaining unbeaten in the League, winning the League Cup and reaching the Semi-finals of the Scottish Cup where they narrowly lost in extra time. The U18 squad also made up the core of the H&I league winning squad.
The team have been together for a number of years and travel a huge amount of miles every season which must surpass any female youth team in the country and they make these journeys with no complaint. Last year they won the U16 league undefeated meaning it has now been over two years since the squad last lost a league match. Their dedication to the team and the sport is unrivalled with players travelling long distances, including ferry trips and over night stays to play for the team. Players travel from Orkney, Eriskay, Stornoway as well as across Ross-Shire and The Highlands. All the girls commitment to the game and the team is second to none and it was a hugely deserved aware which recognises their commitment and passion for the game.
