Safety Message - Ross County v Celtic

03/10/2024

Ross County host Celtic on Sunday in the William Hill Scottish Premiership with the game kicking off at 12PM. We have a very limited number of tickets remaining in the home end. There will be no matchday ticket sales. Our shop will be open from 9:30AM on the day with the ticket office open from 10AM.

Supporters are reminded to leave early, give plenty time for parking and making their way to the stadium. There will be no public parking at the stadium on the day. Please note there is roadworks on Station Road which have caused major disruption this week so allow extra time to account for this.

Police and stewards will be on duty in and around the stadium to ensure that ground regulations are rigorously applied particularly in relation to alcohol related issues and any unacceptable conduct. Traffic flow around the stadium and in the town will be very busy so again plan your travel arrangements and leave plenty time for getting into the stadium which will be open by 11AM.

We expect all supporters to act in a responsible and respectable manner as Police and Stewards will adopt a robust approach to enforcing ground regulations and codes of conduct to ensure the match is enjoyable for all the right reasons. Ross County takes a zero tolerance approach to any misconduct that brings our club into disrepute. Supporters who are minded to carry or discharge pyrotechnics at the stadium should be aware that robust searching will be in operation supported by extensive CCTV. It may seem like a bit of fun but it is dangerous and now carries severe penalties.

Any supporter who is found in possession or discharges any pyrotechnic may be arrested and will be banned from attending future matches.

Be advised that supporters who come to the ground drunk will not be permitted entry to the stadium and again could be arrested. This is an important fixture for the club and we encourage all supporters to come along and support the both clubs with safety in mind. We expect fans to come to the match to enjoy the fixture, please support the club Stewards and the Police to ensure that we can all do that in a safe and secure environment.
