Train Like a Pro - Day 1

Today we kicked off our holiday programme with the week long, ”Train Like A Pro” at the Highland Football Academy, Dingwall.
We welcomed 72 youngsters from the area, aged from 5 to 14 years to experience the life of a footballer. During the week the youngsters will get their breakfast and lunch and take part in age related football skills, fitness testing, small sided football games, football challenges, laws of the Game, sports and nutrition, stadium tour and meet the first team players.
