William Akio departs the club

Ross County would like to announce that William Akio has joined Canadian Premier League Team Cavalry FC, for an undisclosed fee.
The South Sudan international initially broke into the Ross County team, scoring a 95th minute equaliser against Aberdeen last September, before joining Raith Rovers for the second half of the season, scoring twice against Dundee and Queens Park.
Brother to Victor Loturi, both have picked up international caps this calendar year, with William playing for South Sudan in a double-header against the DR Congo in March of this year.
We would like to thank William for his efforts while at both Ross County and Raith Rovers, and would like to wish him well in his future endeavours.
