Young Staggies progress in youth cup!

Our U18 side progressed in the Scottish Youth Cup as they came out 8-0 winners against Turriff United!
Our Head of Professional Academy, Carl Tremarco, had this to say on the win - 'From the start the boys were straight at Turriff and had them penned in, our quick passing and movement kept causing them problems and it could have been more than 4-0 at half-time if the boys had taken their chances. In the second half we made changes but got the same outcome with a few more goals added. What impressed me throughout the game was the way the boys continued to push on and try to add more to the score-line. I am delighted with the clean sheet too as it can be hard to stay focused at times when you spend large periods of the game on the attack.'
